“I highly recommend Teal as a labor and delivery doula. As a new mom and a single mom, she provided me a lot of support, both emotional and educational, throughout my pregnancy, labor stages, delivery, and postpartum. She provided many resources and books, attended labor/delivery classes with me, and was very available via text and phone whenever I had questions or concerns. She was an advocate for me in developing a birth plan and was supportive of the options I chose during delivery. She is very personable and warm, and I felt very comfortable with her throughout each step of my pregnancy and labor.
I am so thankful to have had her there during my delivery. It was a very emotionally and physically intense delivery being my first, but I felt supported, comfortable and taken care of by her. It was nice to have someone experienced, able to calm me, and also talk to the doctors/nurses for me. She also captured pictures of the delivery and I am so grateful for the photos I now have.
