One Complimentary meeting to determine if we are a good fit.

Two prenatal visits in your home typically lasting 1.5hrs.

During this time we will get to know each other. I will answer any questions you might have and provide referrals. We will also work together on your birth plan and discuss everyones roles in your birth, responsibilities, and expectations. We will also work on massage/acupressure, vocalization, and breathing techniques.

*If possible you will meet my back up doula

 

Unlimited phone calls, text, and emails during office hours

 

On call 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth

Labor and birth support. I will join you once you're in active labor at the location of your choosing. I will stay up to 2 hours after your birth to ensure proper bonding and to assist with breastfeeding.

One postpartum visit in your home. During this time we will go over your birth story. We will review your birth and share observations. I will answer any questions you might have and provide referrals. I will also assist with breastfeeding and any baby care if needed.
